Return Policy for Merchandise

- Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Intimate wear, hosiery, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products recieved through TMG competitions, during events and other free of charge items
- How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase for your return in the email.
- When the process has been approved and iniciated, please ship the items you would like to return to the address provided through the email.
- Send a shipping confirmation (picture of the shipping label or tracking link) via email to us. For a quicker refund process, let us know your order number in the confirmation email as well.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days (5 - 10) for the refund to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you prefer to exchange an item, please mention it when contacting customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
