When you place an order on our store, it is automatically sent to our print-on-demand partner, Printful. They will then handle the production, packaging, and shipping of your item directly to you.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is received, Printful gets to work on producing your item. This includes printing or embroidering your design onto the product. They ensure that everything meets their quality standards before packaging it and sending it your way.
How long does it take for my order to be made and shipped?
Production typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product and the complexity of the design. After production, shipping times depend on the delivery method and your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!
What type of printing does Printful use?
Printful uses several different printing methods, including direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, sublimation, and screen printing, depending on the product and design. This ensures that each item looks great and lasts for a long time.
Can I customize the packaging or include a message with my order?
No, unfortunatly this is not an option at the moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Printful has fulfillment centers worldwide, and they can ship to most countries. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location.
Will I get charged for customs?
Depending on product availability, your order type, and your location, it will be sent from the Printful fulfillment center that can get it to you quickly. If your order is shipped from a center located in a different region than your delivery address, you might incur handling or customs fees upon delivery. These fees can vary based on the order value, your country’s limits, and other factors.

Why is my order sent in multiple shipments?
In some cases, if your order contains multiple items that are produced in different facilities, it may be shipped in separate packages. This is to ensure that each item reaches you as quickly as possible.
Don’t worry—your tracking information will be updated for each shipment, so you’ll always know where your items are.
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
