Hallo! Welcome to the merchandise website of Total Mayhem Games, an indie game studio established in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
What once started as a student project by 15 students from the minor Game Design and Development of the University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam, has grown out to be a thriving game studio with approximately 20 employees. We are the creators of the We Were Here Series, a cooperative puzzle game with an eerie scenery and dark story.
By purchasing our merch you do not only sport the, in our humble opinion, coolest Dutch gaming designs you also support us!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I CAN WEAR YOUR EPIC MERCH?
For our merch we work together with Printful, a print on demand company. This means that our items are made as soon as they are ordered. To see how long the fulfillment will take see this link. Once your items are ready, a track and trace will be sent to your email address. Mind you, fulfillment time does not include shipping!
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
The entire shipping process is done by Printful, if there are any problems regarding your order please contact them. For more information on returns please go here.
I SAW AN AWESOME DESIGN, BUT NOW IT IS GONE?
We have three different labels, two of them are limited in a way. TMG LIMITED designs are changed every two/three months, so if you see items you would like to purchase you have to be quick. Our TMG FOR FRIENDS designs will be refreshed and renewed every once in a while. TMG ESSENTIALS are items every supporter of our studio and franchise need and are therefore always available.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TMG LIMITED, TMG FOR FRIENDS & TMG ESSENTIALS?
We came to the conclusion that it would be nearly impossible to have one design that would please everyone. Thus we created three labels with each their own designs!
Our TMG ESSENTIALS label contains the clean and simple designs. We are extra proud of the unique and high quality of the We Were Here line. These are for the true logo loving supporter. These designs and items will always be available through our store.
Over the years we have heard numerous stories about how our games created, but also temporarily ruined, friendships. The TMG FOR FRIENDS line celebrates all those precious moments. The unique feature of this label is that despite the concept staying the same, the colours and designs will be refreshed and renewed.
Every once in a while we at Total Mayhem Games like to do things differently. The TMG LIMITED line shows what happens when our designers go total mayhem and create whatever they feel like. As the name suggests, TMG LIMITED can only be purchased a limited period. After that period the designs are gone for good! Or are they…?WILL I GET CHARGED FOR CUSTOM?
For our merchandise we work together with Printful, a print on demand company with factories all over the world. Depending on availability of stock and product type, they select in what country your product is made. We have chosen this option to ensure an as fast as possible delivery. If your order is shipped from a facility that's in a different region than your delivery destination, you might have to pay handling and/or custom fees upon delivery. The custom fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.
